"Mikawa Beef" was born in 1990 and is a Wagyu (Japanese Black) brand representing Aichi Prefecture.
Currently, it accounts for more than 80% of the prefecture's Japanese Black that is produced and shipped throughout the prefecture.
The meat we sell at our restaurant is characterized by its smooth texture, juicy quality, and concentrated flavor.
