~For safety and hygiene reasons, we ask for your cooperation in the following matters:~
・Bringing in fire (BBQ grills, charcoal, firewood, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
・For guests who have booked plan with a stove, please note that the stove can only be used at dinner time. Please refrain from using the stove the following morning.
・Smoking is prohibited within the glamping facility.
・All fireworks except hand-held ones are prohibited.Please refrain from setting off fireworks near the glamping facilities.Please park in an open area on the asphalt in the parking lot.
・Please refrain from bringing in any food other than that provided by the accommodation (additional BBQ ingredients, etc.).
・Dogs are not allowed in the hotel's restaurants, so they must stay in the glamping rooms.
・Please carry your dog or use a carrier when moving around the dog hotel facility.Lead movement is not possible
・If there is any misconduct in the room, an additional fee will be charged.
・No food is provided for dogs so please bring your own food
・Please come to Kaiyokaku front desk for check-in and check-out procedures.
*Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is until 10:00
*There are no televisions in the glamping areas.
*Wi-Fi is only available within the hotel facilities.
*There is air conditioning, but it may not work properly depending on the outside temperature.
*There is a toilet in each room, but there are no shower or bathtub facilities.
*Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies.You cannot change the menu on the day.
*There is no dedicated connecting passage from the glamping facility to the inn.You can only enter and exit the hotel through the inn entrance.Please travel by car or on foot.
*Dog cages must be reserved in advance.Please understand that we cannot prepare on the day.
*Please purchase beverages from vending machines or shops within the facility.

*Large public bath available from 15:00 to 24:00,Next morning, men's and women's switchover: 6:00 to 9:30
*The children's meals for this facility's in-house dining plan (kaiseki course) are "Elementary school students: Elementary school menu" and "Toddlers: Kids meal"
